Hi, my name's Olivia. I'm not exactly sure if this community is still running, as it seems the mod's LJ has been deleted, but I think there might be a chance that she simply got a new account and username. Assuming that is the case, I would like to be considered for membership -- I rather like the idea of this community and hope the activity picks up. If not, oh well. I like filling out questionaires. Um, this is verbose, just a warning. ( My ApplicationCollapse )
Just a reminder that students are not permitted in the corridors after hours. Err...I mean...

...Anyway, since we have a few members now, it's time for the discussion part. I really like our newest member's theory about Neville's wand. So the first topic of discussion will be:
What is up with Neville Longbottom? What is his role in upcoming books? Do his parents still have a part in the plot? (After seeing them in OotP I don't understand how anyone could deny the obvious foreshadowing of something.)
Since Neville wasn't the one the Dark Lord chose, does that mean he's going to die trying to defeat him? After all, it's obvious Neville is probably going to have a bigger role in the plot from now on, and he wasn't afraid to fight in the Department of Mysteries. OR...could there be a plot twist in the 7th book, where Neville kills the Dark Lord unexpectedly? Like a..."you chose the wrong guy" kinda thing. I know it's doubtful because Dumbledore told Harry that Voldemort MADE Harry the right guy when he tried to kill him. But what IS up with Neville and his newfound confidence?
Have at it. Comment away.
